Wow! Google didn’t like my Brass Knuckles ads so much they have banned me from ever advertising on Google again. And they didn’t even bother to tell me I was banned until I emailed them a few times. Then I got this lovely email:

"We are unable to revoke your account suspension, and we
will not accept advertisements from you in the future.

Please note that our support team is unable to help you with this issue,
and we ask that you do not contact them about this matter."

How’s that for customer service?

It’s Official! Both Yahoo and Google have joined the ranks of Microsoft/Bing and removed ALL Brass Knuckle ads.

At first I thought it was just me, then I noticed nobody elses Brass Knuckles ads were showing either. So that means you’ll have to search a little harder now if you want to buy brass knuckles, OR you could just do the smart thing and bookmark http://www.security-wizard.net.

That way you don’t have to bother looking for knuckles.

I just wanted to say I’m Sorry to my U.K. customers for having to remove the U.K. from our list of countries that we ship to. Unfortunately, the U.K. Border Agency has been seizing more and more of our customers packages. One of our customers even told us that the U.K. Border Agency said they were opening every package that came from the United States.

In accordance with our policy on International orders we were refunding the cost of the items (minus shipping) if the order was seized by customs and the customer provided us with a copy of the seizure notification. We were able to do this for years because there just weren’t that many packages being seized, but lately the U.K. Border Agency has been having a field day with our packages and the seizure letters were coming in weekly.

So to all my U.K. customers who were able to get their packages, it was a Pleasure doing business with you! For my U.K. customers who weren’t as fortunate, I apologize again.
